We’re ready. It’s only been a week since Katie and I decided to start this. WordPress is amazing.
This site came together really quickly because of a number of great plugins. We have a mobile site thanks to BraveNewCode’s WPtouch and email newsletters thanks to FeedBurner. We can embed Flickr images thanks to Photo Dropper, and we’re in Google thanks to our XML sitemaps. Disqus is handling our comments, which we like because it supports Twitter and other logins. We’ve got BuzzFeed on the site to see if it’ll generate any inbound traffic.
